Très bel appartement idéalement situé dans le cœur de Nice. Tout se fait à pied, un vrai luxe. À noter la place de stationnement incluse dans le prix de la location qui est un vrai plus! Uniquement pour des petites citadines, l’accès est assez restreint. L’appartement est très agréable, spacieux et propre. L’emplacement des chambres côté cour apporte un calme absolu pour des nuits paisibles.

We had a lovely stay in Nice at this apartment. From our intial booking Hanna and her team were very responsive, friendly and helpful. The apartment is a great location to stay for visiting Nice and the Cote D'Azur area and enjoying all it has to offer.

The best location in Nice! Great apartment and spacious for at least 2 couples or a family of 4 or more. Building was very quiet, and the neighborhood was perfect. Zero street noise as the building is in a pedestrian only zone. Hanna and her team were super on communications. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough about this outstanding apartment. It was spacious, squeaky-clean, and in a great location (on a pedestrian street near shops and restaurants, a 15-minute walk to the train station). The bed was so comfortable, with luxurious sheets. Upon my arrival, I was met at the entrance and everything was explained to me. There is a booklet provided with tips on restaurants, bakeries, and things to do. Hanna checked in with me to make sure things were going well. Hopefully I will be back in the spring and would love to book again. This was a wonderful experience.
