Discover this very thoughtfully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in a typical Nice building on the 3 1/2 floor. Take advantage of the very complete equipment and the very central location that will let you discover Nice uncomplicated and only 5 minutes walk from the famous Promenade des Anglais and the beach with its turquoise sea. The space . The living room is also very spacious and allows you to eat together with family and/or friends, sit together and make plans for the day ahead. The large very well equipped kitchen also allows you to prepare great meals if you prefer to cook at home and with the air conditioning you won’t get too hot. Other things to note Please be aware that there is a lift in the building but to reach the lift you have to climb circa 20 stairs and to reach the apartment on the 3 1/2 floor you have to take circa 15 stairs down from the 4th floor.
Please not that our check-in times are from 4pm to 8pm. We are happy to welcome you outside these ours, but will ask you for a late arrival fee of 20€ if you arrive after 8pm, 30€ after 22h and 50€ after midnight.
We loved staying in this apartment. It was fully equipped and very spacious. The apartment was the perfect location for us and easy to get to from the airport. The area was very peaceful.
The hosts were very accommodating with our check in and check out times. They were very communicative leading up to the stay and walked us through everything in the apartment on check in. They also provided a list of recommendations for restaurants and bars in Nice which we tried and loved. If we were to return to Nice, we would stay here again!

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Wir wurden von Hanna betreut, die uns ermöglicht hat schon vormittags, vor der eigentlichen Check-In Zeit, zu kommen und unser Gepäck abzustellen. Wir haben außerdem prima Tipps für Lokale bekommen, wo man frühstücken kann. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet. Der Strand und das Zentrum sind tatsächlich super nah und gut zu erreichen. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, wir haben nichts vermisst. Eventuell deutsches Fernsehen für Nachrichten. Wir waren nicht in der Lage einen Sender zu finden, haben es aber auch nicht lange versucht. Wir kommen jederzeit sehr gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Everything is as described. The apartment is nice, clean, and really well equipped. It's close to the beach and within walking distance to the old town and city center. We were five adults, and the apartment was big enough for us. We appreciate flexible check-in and how responsive hosts are.

We stayed for 4 days as a family of four, and everything was exactly as shown in the photos—just perfect! The house was very clean, and Hanna was incredibly kind, providing detailed information about the house and the surrounding area. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

Michelle and Hanna are amazing, responsive hosts. We landed earlier than expected and they accommodated an early check in short notice. The place is at a nice location with just a 2 min walk to the Nice beach walk. The bathrooms are nice and spacious with the exception of there being only 1 toilet. The rooms do look a bit smaller than what is expected from the photos but we did not have much problem. Be careful of the elevator it does not sense your hands a lot of times. There are 2 flights of stairs you need to take even if u want to take the elevator so bags could be issued for some. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is nicely organised!
