Our apartment named “L’Evi” is a comfortable and bright 2-room apartment (61m2), in the city center of Nice.
The apartment is located in an art deco building called “Palais St. Philippe”, on the 3rd floor with elevator. We have furnished the apartment according to our taste and with a lot of love and equipped it in the best possible way for you, so that you do not have to miss anything during your stay.
The space L’Evi consists of a living room, two bedrooms with closet, a separate kitchen which is fully equipped, a bathroom (shower and washbasin), a separate toilet, a large entrance area and two balconies (one balcony with access from the kitchen (facing the courtyard), the other balcony with access from the living room and one of the two bedrooms (facing the street)).

We enjoyed staying at Hana’s. The home has everything you need. I would not change a thing except to have a couple of firmer bed pillows, conditioner for us curly head girls & wash clothes for guests who would prefer them. The kitchen well stocked, the shower amazing, loved watching some of the Olympics in the living room, building is very clean and secure..the neighborhood very walkable to trains, the Tram and buses. We were able to travel to Eze and Monaco while staying at Hanna’s plus the amazing beach!! She even had beach items for us to use on our beach days. We were so lucky to have found her place after staying in another Airbnb for almost 7 days of our 13 day vacation in Nice that had significant mold. Book it you will not be disappointed..my husband, our 13year old son and myself felt right at home. The 2 balconies were great to use..balcony off the kitchen was great for breakfast coffee and balcony in the front was great for evening glass of wine. Thanks to Hana & her team!!!

Fabulous place, stylish architecture, high ceilings, excellent air conditioning. Coffee, tea, salt, pepper supplied, dishwasher tabs and laundry gel too. Very helpful service and we were able to check in early, which was awesome. Nice neighbourhood close to cafés, supermarkets etc. and easy walk to the beach. Would recommend, and would certainly stay here again!

Hannah si è dimostrata un host super disponibile. Abbiamo avuto problemi con il volo ma lei è stata conprensiva e si è adattata alle nostre esigenze all'ultimo minuto. L'appartamento era come ce lo aspettavamo, pulito e ordinato, molto grazioso. Consiglio ad Hanna di aggiungere delle tende più oschranti nelle stanze perché le imposte non sono regolabili e la mattina entra molta luce per chi invece preferisce il buio totale. L'appartamento si trova vicino alla fermata dell'autobus e del tram, quindi abbastanza comodo per gli spostamenti.

This Airbnb was located in a good spot and you actually feel like you’re living like a local! It was in a good spot which made it accessible to shopping and eating. We stayed here for a week so it was a great spot to stay at!

Spacious, comfortable two bedroom apartment in a residential area, about a 20 minute walk to the Old Town. We were already familiar with the downtown area of Nice, so we wanted to experience another part of the city while being a little closer to the French school we were attending. The apartment is in a safe and friendly neighborhood with grocery stores and bakeries nearby.
The host was very responsive and accommodating and was quick to respond to anything we needed.

The communication with our host and the local represantative was easy and very pleasant. The check-in and check-out was flexibly managed. The flat itself is extremly spacious, very clean and equipped with all necessities and even more (the dish washer is a big plus)! We also enjoyed having our breakfast on the balcony. The walk to the nearest beach is quite short (about 10-15 minutes) and more than 4 super markets are in walking distance as well. Various busses (to the airport) and to the harbour (which we would recommend to visit, as well as climbing up to the Colline du Châteu) depart either right around the corner or at the promenade (10-15 minutes from the flat). We would recommend staying in this flat!

We loved the apartment! It was clean, spacious and beautiful with its two balconys. Perfect location with short way to the bus (straight outside the door, or few minutes walking), 10 minutes walking to the beach or train station, and its a 30 minutes walk to the old city. Evgueni was very nice and easy to communicate with. We would really recommand this apartment!
