We are pleased to present our apartment “Amalfi”, located in a small, discreet alley in the Jean-Médécin district, one of Nice’s liveliest and most emblematic areas. Amalfi is located on the 2nd floor with elevator. It measures 45m2 and has 3 main rooms, all air-conditioned + with balcony access. All rooms have just been renovated + we’ve put a lot of effort into the layout + decoration to make you feel perfectly at home.

Living room: The spacious living room is bright thanks to its large windows. It is air-conditioned. It’s the ideal place to relax, eat or have a drink together. From the living room you have access to the balcony.
Fully equipped kitchen: The modern, brand-new kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances, allowing you to prepare delicious meals. The kitchen is located in the living room.
Two Comfortable Bedrooms: Both bedrooms each have a king-size bed (160x200cm), are air-conditioned, have enough storage space for your belongings and have access to the balcony. Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom with its own TV.
Renovated shower room: Enjoy a clean and functional shower room with shower, sink, towel dryer and toilet.
Balcony: The private balcony is ideal for fresh air, sipping coffee or a glass of wine.

We had a wonderful stay. The host was helpful and friendly from the time of booking. They arranged an airport transfer for us and we were greeted at the apartment and shown round. We travelled with our toddler and we were provided with a very clean highchair and travel cot. The apartment was exactly as described and had everything we needed. Clean and modern kitchen and bathroom with cleaning products available to use. Instructions were clear and the host was always responsive to messages with any queries we had. The trip was entirely stress free and we felt right at home. We will definitely be visiting again.

Hanna was the perfect host, extremely welcoming, helpful and proactive. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable, it has all you need even for a longer stay (we were there on a workation). I particularly loved the location, all points of interest are walkable, there is lots of restaurant and shops all around, the old town and the sea are also just a short walk away - and the apartment is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. We had a great time in Hanna's home and can definitely recommend!

Séjour agréable dans ce bel appartement idéalement situé et récemment rénové avec qualité. Parfait pour un séjour de quelques jours pour visiter Nice Seul bémol, la rue assez sale et l’immeuble peu agréable (sombre, mal entretenu) avec quelques odeurs de cuisine venant du voisinage.

Logement situé en hyper centre, très joliment décoré, extrement propre avec tout ce qu'il fait au niveau de l'équipement (lessive, capsule café, papier toilette, serviettes de toilette, lessive, galets lave vaisselle...). La literie est de qualité et la salle de bains top! Hanna, Romain et Bogdan sont hyper réactifs! Petit bémol, impossible de se garer dans la rue ; la copro n'est pas nickel et les voisins (auberge de jeunesse) parfois un peu bruyants... Mais l'appart vaut vraiment le détour car tout est pensé pour que vous passiez un merveilleux séjour!

Fantastic place and location! It was a pleasure dealing with Hannah and her team. Would highly recommend booking here. The condo is newly renovated and the building is actually quite quiet. Everything is within walking distance, close to both the beach and Old Nice. Plenty of restaurants and shops. What a great vacation!
