The apartment The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator, as in almost all buildings in the old town.
Bathrooms The first bathroom is located in the hallway and has a large shower, a sink with 2 drawers under it, a toilet and a towel dryer and a hair dryer. The second bathroom is accessible from the master bedroom and has a shower, a sink with 2 drawers underneath, a toilet, a washing machine and a hairdryer.
The kitchen The kitchen is equipped with a stove (4 burners), oven, microwave, coffee maker (Dolce Gusto), toaster and kettle. There are also a number of different kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses and cutlery.
Living room The living room is spacious and equipped with a large dining table (seats 6 people), a large TV , which is mounted on the wall and can be adjusted individually and a sofa bed (140x190cm).
Bedrooms The first bedroom is located next to the living room and is equipped with a king size bed (160x200cm), a sitting sofa and a closet with curtain. The second bedroom is equipped with a bed of the same size (king size, 160x200cm). It has an open closet and direct access to the second bathroom.

Beautiful apartment in the old town of Nice, just meters aways from the Cathedral. Impeccable clean and beautifully furnished, with very high ceilings. The two bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable king size beds, very comfortable pillows and bed linen. One bedroom looks at the back and it is completely quiet, the other one faces the small street and is quiet when the window is closed from which you have a view to the Cathedral. Unbelievable location. The host is very kind and polite, provided us with many tips about local restaurants. A nice touch was the bottle of wine that was waiting for us. Thank you for letting us to do the check in earlier. I can truly recommend the apartment, look no further and book it.

Hanna was very welcoming and the Airbnb had a super location, right in the centre of Old nice, Beach was very walkable and there were lots of food options around with some Gelato Icecreams just downstairs. Was a bit hard for us to find as we were not able to spot the house number easily. But all over loved our stay.

Great location right in the heart of old town. So many restaurants and shops near by. Apartment was clean, beds were comfortable, all needed amenities were there. 2 bathrooms made it very convenient for our group of 5.
I didn't love being asked to take trash out and around the corner. If cleaning crew is following our stays- it would seem they would generate trash cleaning as well - and could take garbage.But I am sure some guests generate a large amount of garbage that the cleaners don't want to haul. This would not be enough to make me not stay here again or not recommend to a friend.
You can hear noise from the street at night- to be expected with location and did not bother us. also lovely to hear the shops open in the morning and the city start to come alive. Loved our stay here!

Perfect location! You are right in the heart of old Nice and just minutes away from the beach. Perfect place to stay if traveling with another couple. Very clean. We loved our stay here!

Un departamento muy cómodo y acogedor tal cual las fotos. Hanna nos ayudó con el check in y pudimos entrar un poco antes. Además siempre estuvo pendiente. Nos entregó el departamento impecable y se nota que cuida cada detalle. Se encuentra muy bien ubicado a unos pasos de una plaza y con mucha vida diurna y nocturna (si uno deseaba descansar y evitar ruido solo debía cerrar las ventanas), además super cerca de la playa. Hay que considerar que se encuentra en un cuarto piso con acceso por escaleras, procurar ir ligeros de equipaje.

We loved our stay here! It was in a great central area of Nice. Walking distance to so many great restaurants, beaches, and public transportation, which made it easy to explore so many towns along the French Riviera. Hanna’s place was exactly as described. Everything was super clean & spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Hanna was super easy to communicate with before & during our stay. Definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent place. It is in the heart of everything. Very central location and walkable. There is no on-site parking, so anyone with a rental car should be aware of that. Hanna, the host, is extremely communicative and a pleasure to work with.
