Discover this very thoughtfully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in a typical Nice building on the 3 1/2 floor. Take advantage of the very complete equipment and the very central location that will let you discover Nice uncomplicated and only 5 minutes walk from the famous Promenade des Anglais and the beach with its turquoise sea. The space . The living room is also very spacious and allows you to eat together with family and/or friends, sit together and make plans for the day ahead. The large very well equipped kitchen also allows you to prepare great meals if you prefer to cook at home and with the air conditioning you won’t get too hot. Other things to note Please be aware that there is a lift in the building but to reach the lift you have to climb circa 20 stairs and to reach the apartment on the 3 1/2 floor you have to take circa 15 stairs down from the 4th floor.
Please not that our check-in times are from 4pm to 8pm. We are happy to welcome you outside these ours, but will ask you for a late arrival fee of 20€ if you arrive after 8pm, 30€ after 22h and 50€ after midnight.
Great host. Responsive when communicating and helpful. The property was very clean and tidy and in a good location for everything we needed!

L'appartement correspond aux photos, fonctionnel, situé dans un quartier paisible et très proches des commodités. Un grand merci pour l'accueil et la disponibilité de Hanna et Nona. Je recommande cette location.

Being from America, we assumed each bathroom had a toilet also. We we’re surprised there was only one toilet. We were able to work it out between the four of us. Other than that, we loved the place.

We loved our stay at Michelle's flat. The flat itself was really clean, with 2 good sized rooms, a great kitchen/living area and in a great location. the flat is a 5 minute walk to the Promenade des Anglaise with lots of nice cafes and supermarkets nearby. Michelle was really responsive and helped me with any requests I had, like having a high chair. Overall I'd really recommend this flat!

We had a wonderful stay at Michelle’s beautiful apartment! It is very clean and comfortable and has everything we needed during our stay. It is in a fantastic location, just a 2 minute walk to cafes, grocery stores, and pharmacies. It is also a short walk to restaurants and the Promenade des Anglais.
Hanna is a great host! She went out of her way to meet us at the apartment as soon as we arrived. She is very friendly and helpful and provided instructions for everything. This helped make our stay very enjoyable.
