So the location is the best there is, central to old town and the beach. Restaurants galore all within a few blocks. The place is huge and spacious. I will note that you have to climb 5 flights of stairs (no elevator) to get to the space, so that was annoying to have to do multiple times a day. It’s also a little bit of a process to get the keys to check in. This requires you going to a separate building, entering a code to get in, entering another code to get the keys and then having to locate the building. The dryer also doesn’t work well and the AC is rather complicated to figure out. We probably wouldn’t stay there again but if all you desire is amazing location and beach access, this place is hard to beat. The views from the airbnb are nonexistent - just views of all other really close buildings.

I can’t say enough good things about how great this group was to work with- promptly responded to all of my questions and were beyond helpful. The apartment is in a great location in Nice beside a fabulous restaurant next door. The place is clean and spacious and the AC works very well. Highly recommend staying here- you won’t regret it!

Really nice apartment.

It was one of our best holiday experiences for many years. The apartment location is super convenient inside the Nice Old Town—5min walk to the beach, and hundreds of restaurants around.
The apartment is super clean and great for 4 people family. AC helps a lot since Nice was very warm even at night.
Lovely hostess Hanna is super friendly and gave us tons of great tips and helpful suggestions. Without her reminder, we almost missed the fireworks and drone show of 2024 Tour de France.

This was a very smooth transaction. Hannah's responsiveness was superb. She made everything easy from providing instructions on how to get to the apartment from the airport, to a list of restaurants, bars and local activities. She met us at the apartment (accomadated our early check in) and explained everything about the unit. The apartment looked just like the pictures. It was awesome. The location was perfect for walking everywhere. This place is definately worth the 4 flights of stairs that you climb to reach it.

We loved this apartment in Old Nice. It is in a great location to enjoy Nice. The apartment was very clean, smelled great. The bedroom and bathroom were also very nice and clean. The bedroom has a tremendous amount of closet space. This was my wife's first Air BN B experience and she loved it as well. The best part of the apartment was Hanna the young lady who I basically communicated with. There was an issue the first day with the Wi-Fi in the apartment. I needed WI FI because I needed to work from time to time during our stay. Hanna came to our rescue. She first called the provider then she went and bought a travel WI-Fi hot spot and dropped it off and set it up for us. It worked great the rest of the week. We told Hanna we have never eaten Socha chips. She bought us a bag. She came on Easter Day to give us these things. and other things She went above and beyond. Hanna also gave us many texts and What's App message with restaurants, things to do, etc. It is up 4 flights of steps.
