Place was as described. Very little outside noise when windows were shut but did have some noise from above apartment. Felt like home during our stay. Would stay here again.

The place was adorable. It was perfect for our stay in Nice, excellent location, excellent amenities, excellent layout of home. Just loved it. Hanna was open, honest and forthright with me about possible renovations that may have impacted our stay. The renovations did not happen but her open, frequent communications were outstanding. I appreciated her integrity on this front very much.

This is a beautifully renovated apartment in a great location. There were so many restaurants and shops right outside our door, plus the promenade and beach were very close.
We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again if we come back to Nice. We highly recommend it.

Oh my goodness- what an AMAZING gem in the heart of Nice!! We absolutely adored staying in Hanna's place. It was incredibly homey, accessible, comfortable, and clean. We had two couples stay here and it was more than enough room for all of us. Being at the end of our trip, we welcomed the use of a washer AND dryer before we headed back home. The balcony was beautiful and gives guests a direct view of the beach- we spent every morning out there before heading out for the day. Lovely additions, as well, such as a welcoming bottle of rose and beach towels. There was some noise from the upstairs tenant/family, as other guests have described, but we didn't notice it too much, and the positives of this place far outweighed the upstairs noise. Thank you, Hanna!!
