Benefit from a location in the heart of Nice and a long-established residential area to get to know and discover the city in its authenticity. The tram stop, that takes you from the airport directly to the apartment, is only 5 minutes away. The space Chic and comfortable! The Lion is located on the first floor without elevator. The apartment has beautiful high ceilings and is a large studio furnished with heart to make you feel at home. Even living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen are in one room, you will not feel cramped. Sit at a balcony bistro table and sip coffee with views of an authentic neighborhood. Elegant furnishings and neutral coulors create a restful ambience.
Staying at Hanna’s place was a great experience – everything was just as described, clean, and comfortable. Hanna was a very helpful and kind host, and I really appreciated her allowing me to check out later than planned. Highly recommended!

We had a great time staying in Hannas beautiful apartment. The apartment is in the heart of Nice with everything in a walking distance. We were traveling with our baby toddler and Hanna provided us with a baby cot and chair. Hanna shared local recommendations and tips on what to do and where to eat in Nice. Very helpful!

We had a lovely stay at Hanna’s place - a perfect getaway from stress in great location. Easy reach from airport, tram, railway station, sea and port. Everything was perfectly managed just as you want it: clear directions and instructions, Hanna met us and showed everything in person. Appartment includes all you need for your stay, even detergents for dishwasher and washing machine, salt&sugar&coffee. Lots of touristic tips and information - you don’t need to google at all. Also great appreciation to Hanna on check out flexibility which was very essential to us.

Had a lovely stay here! It was more beautiful in person than in the pictures. We had everything we needed in the apartment and the location was amazing! We were in the heart of nice and walking distance to everywhere.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and spacious. It is in the center of everything, so you can walk to Old Town, the train station, grocery stores, retail shopping, the beach, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Diese Wohnung ist alles, was du dir von einem Airbnb wünschst. Es ist top zentral, top ausgestattet und einfach eine schöne Wohnung. Und die Kommunikation war sehr, sehr gut. Vielen Dank Hanna!

Hanna was a lovely host. Her airbnb was exactly how she described and communicating with her was easy and effortless. Hanna gave us good recommendations about restaurants, bars, things to do etc. Apartment was in a good location and everything was in walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and i would highly recommend.
