What do we do?

We offer you a service of conciergerie. This means the complete management of the short-term rental of your apartment to tourists. Starting with the management of your rental ad on the platform (Airbnb), the first contact with the travelers, the booking and booking confirmation and complete communication and problem management to the check-in and -out, the final cleaning and inspection of the apartment / villa for damage caused by the travelers.

Furthermore, we offer many additional services for the travelers, such as baby equipment, private cab bookings, shopping service, restaurant reservations, etc.
If there are any renovations or repairs to be done in your second home, we are also there to manage and supervise your projects on site.
